CFC’s suite of Formulation and Management software goes far beyond the formulation process. Concept 5 may be configured for unlimited users, a single user or scaled to your needs. Ingredient, product and plant files are unlimited and may be purchased or upgraded to meet your growing needs.

The Full Screen (buffered) Least Cost Formulation has on screen parametrics, ingredient nutrient profile access, windows clipboard access, viewable calculated selling prices and much more. Additional modules are available such as fully integrated product pricing, tag preparation and editing and true multiple simultaneous product optimization. In addition a sophisticated “multi step” formulation module is available which calculates formulas for intermediate mixes of varying moisture levels simultaneously with a finished product.

CFC is pleased to announce the addition of fertilizer formulation. The ability to formulate fertilizer blends either on a grade or field requirement has been added to CFC 5 feed software. In addition a stand alone version of the Fertilizer module is available for purchase by fertilizer manufactures and formulators. CFC HORSE RATION FORMULATION

• Straightforward: Balance feed components for all horse types, life stage, and reproduction stage of mares to meet the animals’ daily requirements with the CFC Horse Ration Formulation-2007 software. The System provides the flexibility to supply, modify or constrain any value you choose according to your individual expertise and approach to horse nutrition.

• Simple Navigation: Balance rations to meet daily animal requirements quickly and accurately with an easy to understand user interface. Its logical menus and aesthetic screens present clear choices and immediate results.

• Efficient: and View and/or modify animal requirements; nutrient ratios; the daily feeding program (forages, grains or supplements); change the animal type; add ingredients; formulate; request a detail ration or a batch report from one screen. A daily ration amount of feed components and cost totals is also presented on the screen. The CFC Horse Ration Formulation-2007 system is rooted in efficiency, flexibility simplicity.

CFC4 MULTI LEVEL FEED FORMULATION SOFTWARE

For users requiring a less advanced, smaller version of formulation software we have available different versions with differing capabilities. CFC4 is modelled on the same design as the full featured CFC5 system. Three different versions or levels are offered with different database size restrictions and some limited differences in performance items such as the ability to export formulas to various feed manufacturing systems. These are the perfect systems for on farm feed manufactures, small feed mills, and private consultants with a limited client base. These systems are economically priced and offer great bang for your buck.

Fertilizer Formulation

A better yield starts with a better mix. Bring your fertilizer mixes to a higher level with the CFC Fertilizer Blending System. This is a low cost stand-alone program that is easy and convenient for field staff and blending plant employees to navigate and understand.

Formulate to "Grade" or "Soil Test" Requirements:

• Use the CFC Fertilizer Formulation system to formulate a dry blend or liquid solution based on "Soil Test Requirements" as determined by laboratory testing. When using this method, recommended nutrient amounts (lbs/kg) per area (acre/hectare) are entered together with the size of the area to be fertilized. The system returns a formula using the most economical mix of available ingredients and an application rate minimized to cost per acre (hectare).

• When formulating to "Grade Requirements", the nutrient levels and ingredient restrictions are specified and the formula is optimized to these requirements.

• Up to 500 formulas can be identified, saved, and recalled.
